I am a 47-year-old male with Lynch Syndrome MSH II gene mutation. I have a history of bladder cancer (low grade) in 2008, a prostate tumor with extra capsular extension, and a recent recurrent bladder tumor requiring TURB. The biopsy results were inconclusive due to cauterization, but one part showed cystitis cystica, which could be pre-cancerous. I'm concerned about the untested 80% of tissue and the prostate mass. What should I do next, and is cystitis cystica always pre-cancerous?
