I am a 48-year-old male with a history of GERD and a Nissen repair 11 years ago. Today, I experienced intense abdominal pain on my upper right side, which felt like a giant gas bubble. The pain subsided after about 3 hours, but it was tender to touch and sometimes radiated to the center of my chest and right side. I also noticed some gas movement and occasional small burps. Is this likely gallbladder or gastritis pain, and if it is a gallstone trying to pass, is there a quick way to remedy it? Additionally, how can I self-confirm the issue, and what foods can help prevent a recurrence or improve my current condition?
