I am a 50-year-old female with multiple orthopedic issues, including a right total knee replacement 16 months ago, a swollen hand requiring an ace bandage, and a recent emergency visit where my right knee was immobilized due to swelling and high white blood cell count, indicating sepsis. I also have a neck fracture (C7) pressing against the spinal cord and multiple spinal issues (L3-4, L5-6). I am currently on antibiotics (Levaquin) and have been advised to continue pre-op exercises. However, I am uncomfortable returning to my current surgeon. Could you offer an opinion on where I can seek help for these debilitating issues, particularly the torn ligament in my knee?
