I have red dots near the head of my penis and around the head slightly. Some of it is in clusters but I’m not sure if it’s from excessive masturbation or bad hygiene. I have been experiencing a rapid, irregular heartbeat with shortness of breath, lightheadedness, and mild chest pain for approximately 36 hours now, with no signs of improvement. I’ve had spells of this before, often caused by exercise and relieved by rest and water/icing blood pressure points. Is this something I should see a specialist about?

My husband has Paget's disease of the bone. Is there any doctors that know about this disease? He has been in and out of the hospital, experiences hot flashes followed by passing out and going into a coma, has a history of heart disease including a heart attack in 1988, and has had heart tests showing a partially closed heart. He is also experiencing significant health decline including losing teeth, hearing, and eyesight, losing weight, and having severe pain in one leg.
