I have a silver dollar sized bruise on my torso that has been there unchanged for at least 10 days. The center of the discolored area is pale, and there is a slight lump under the pale area. I have no idea how the bruise got there, if it is indeed a bruise. Additionally, I had malignant melanoma 40+ years ago but have had no recurrence, and I notice that at 75 years old, I bruise easier than I did when I was younger.

I have had a white, thick discharge for about 3 years. I am negative for all STDs, yeast, group B, staph, gardneralla, mycobaterium, and have tested positive for e. faecalis. I took ampicillin, but the discharge returns after every treatment. I have no other symptoms, no smell, and no discomfort. I am not currently sexually active and have used multiple courses of intravaginal hydrocortisone, metronidazole, and clinda. What other testing should I undergo, and what hormone test should I do?

I am 29 years old and have been a moderate smoker and using hormonal contraception for 4 years. In August 2012, after a long flight, I experienced foot swelling, chest pains, and trouble breathing. I switched to a different birth control and have reduced smoking. How likely is it that I may have a blood clot from August, and should I go to the emergency?
