I just did my 20-week ultrasound scan and the radiologist noted a small left ventricular echogenic cardiac focus. I have already done all genetic screening through Panorama, which was normal, and the 12-week NT ultrasound was also normal. Does this affect the baby's heart, and should I be concerned about genetics?

Why do I not feel serotonin or dopamine even when I try to stimulate them? My mood never changes, I never feel anything, and I've had neurological issues for around 20 years, including gait and speech problems. Recently, I've experienced new symptoms such as inability to feel emotions, pleasure, memory loss, personality changes, and worsened speech.
