Why do I not feel serotonin or dopamine even when I try to stimulate them? My mood never changes, I never feel anything, and I've had neurological issues for around 20 years, including gait and speech problems. Recently, I've experienced new symptoms such as inability to feel emotions, pleasure, memory loss, personality changes, and worsened speech. I've had MRI, CT scan, and basic blood tests, but nothing shows up. What else can I do to correct this problem?
