My nose has been sore for around 3 weeks after recovering from COVID-19, with one nostril being particularly crusty, scabby, and bloody. Despite cleaning efforts, the condition persists, and my girlfriend noticed what appears to be 2-3 holes in my nostril. How urgently should I treat this, and what could be the cause?

I have been diagnosed with dysbiosis or leaky gut, which has led to imbalances in my gut, allowing overgrowth of bacteria into my bladder, causing infections and pain. I have been taking antibiotics for a year, but the bacteria seem to be recurring more often. I am considering not taking antibiotics anymore as I feel they are damaging my bladder wall. What could be causing this recurring bacterial presence, and what alternative treatments can I consider to manage the pain and prevent further damage?
