I have been diagnosed with dysbiosis or leaky gut, which has led to imbalances in my gut, allowing overgrowth of bacteria into my bladder, causing infections and pain. I have been taking antibiotics for a year, but the bacteria seem to be recurring more often. I am considering not taking antibiotics anymore as I feel they are damaging my bladder wall. What could be causing this recurring bacterial presence, and what alternative treatments can I consider to manage the pain and prevent further damage?
