I am a 63-year-old female residing in India with diagnosed sarcoidosis affecting multiple organs. My treatment includes steroids, but due to my long-term diabetes, my sugar levels have risen significantly. I am concerned about the recurrence of sarcoidosis and looking for alternative treatments to steroids that are equally effective without side effects. Additionally, I have a history of diabetes for 15 years, hypertension for over ten years, and a recent stent placement due to a 100% blocked artery.

I’ve been taking 0.25 mg Xanax for one week straight. Is this enough dose to get addicted? Can I take this dose for a few weeks without getting addicted?

I have a stye that has gotten worse very fast and looks infected. Should I go to the ER? The stye is getting worse and is a first-time issue. I went to my primary care on Tuesday and they gave me antibiotic eye drops which don’t seem to be doing anything.

I’m having lower abdomen pain that started yesterday. The pain intensifies and then becomes a lower pain but is still present. It has also started on my left and right side in my mid back and has moved to the front. The pain is sharp and almost like stabbing. I did have pancreatitis last year but it doesn’t feel like in the same place. I can't stop throwing up. I'm 28, female, and the pain is in my lower stomach and sometimes in my mid back on both left and right sides. I don't have any urinary symptoms. I just ended my last menstrual cycle a week ago.
