My daughter, who is 16 years old, has purple toes that clear up in the morning, clubbing of the fingernail beds, muscle loss in her hands, and has been diagnosed with possible Raynaud's, acrocyanosis, and valve issues in her legs. Diagnose carpal tunnel in both hands. I'm 76 years old, play golf, and sometimes wake at night with pain in my lower left arm. I use a splint at night, and cold bothers my hands. I also experience slight tingling at times. How long is recovery if I decide to operate? Are there any alternatives? What happens if I do nothing?
