I am a 67-year-old female experiencing sudden chest pain during physical activities like climbing stairs or walking briskly. The pain feels like a severe cramp on the right side of my chest bone, radiating to my breast cavity and back shoulder blade, causing arm and hand tingling. It subsides with rest but returns with movement. I have had negative results from a nuclear stress test, angiogram, and endoscopy, and my primary care physician is unsure of the next steps. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?
