I have sharp pain in my back under my breast bone along with constipation. I've tried antacids like Alka-Seltzer and an acid reducer, but the pain got worse last night. I don't have a doctor or health insurance, and I have anxiety and smoke. What should I do?

All of a sudden, it looks like there is thread floating in my eye. I have a cataract in my left eye scheduled for surgery on 1/9/17. I am also diabetic type II and take meds for high blood pressure. What could this be and should I be concerned?

I have a rash on my chest that won't go away. It has been present for about a year and appears when it gets hot. I have seen a doctor who prescribed Zyrec (for sinus) and another pill for acid reflux. I also take two medications for blood pressure and cholesterol. Is there anything else I should know or do about this rash?

I have taken an HIV 1 and 2 with p24 antigen test a few months back. My test result came as negative. I want to know if this is the right test to identify any infection and if it covers both antigen and antibody detection. I have seen on Google that antigen tests may not detect anything after 8 weeks, so I am concerned about the accuracy of my test.

I have had abdominal pain in both upper and lower abdominal quadrants on both sides, more so on the right, for 5 weeks, with occasional severe bloating, gassiness, and inconsistent bowels. I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and told to follow up with a GI doctor. My recent lab results show several areas out of range. What do these lab results indicate, and could they be related to my symptoms or family history of GI issues?
