I have had abdominal pain in both upper and lower abdominal quadrants on both sides, more so on the right, for 5 weeks, with occasional severe bloating, gassiness, and inconsistent bowels. I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and told to follow up with a GI doctor. My recent lab results show several areas out of range. What do these lab results indicate, and could they be related to my symptoms or family history of GI issues?

I have Pulmonary Hypertension and need an RX for a diuretic. I am miserably bloated and my consultation is not until October 5. How long have you been using the diuretic? Has it helped at all? Have you seen a doctor about hypertension? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I’m currently taking mirtazapine 15mg nightly and took 5mg of endone an hour ago. Should I take the mirtazapine 15mg tonight or is it not advised? I also take 400mg plaquenil and 20mg nifedipine a day for connective tissue disease.

What is a hypoechoic lesion on the kidney, and can it be definitively diagnosed as benign through ultrasound alone? Do we need a second opinion, and how can you tell for sure without a biopsy?
