I am a 67-year-old white male. Yesterday, I lost about 4 or 5 hours of memory. I take Paxil, Lisinopril, and Norvasc daily. My pulse and BP were within normal range after the incident. I feel fine with no headaches or nausea. Do you have any recommendations?

I'm a 60-year-old female who had a thyroidectomy in 1996. I've been experiencing weak legs, sluggishness, and shortness of breath. My TSH is 0.03 and T4 is 1.5. I recently had a pacemaker installed for heart block, and while it seems to be working, I'm still feeling lethargic with a heart rate of 74. Could my thyroid levels need adjusting, or is there another issue?

I have a swollen lymph node in my groin area that is about a centimeter in size and has been present for several weeks without shrinking. It has always been reactive, swelling up once or twice a year due to shaving or wearing tight underwear while working out, but usually goes back down. This time, it hasn't reduced in size after almost three weeks. I feel fine otherwise, and my recent physical with blood work was normal. Should I be concerned?

I am a heterosexual female who had unprotected sex on 4/16/17. I had an annual check-up on 5/4/17 where the HIV test was negative. Recently, I've been experiencing headaches, loose stools, and a sore throat. I'm planning to take an oral HIV test tomorrow (6 weeks post-exposure). Given these symptoms, would I have developed HIV antibodies by now?

I am 73, female, normal weight. On April 7, I experienced an extremely strong heartbeat, felt on the left side, so strong it made my neck and ear hurt. Not fast, not irregular. I had many heart tests including a Zio patch and my heart was found to be normal. These symptoms have abated, but now I develop severe pain in my shoulders, hips, lower back, and down the back of my legs during the night. This abates as the day progresses and is helped by acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Have you had any recent injuries? What seems to make the pain better or worse? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
