I am a 72-year-old female experiencing intense dry mouth for 3 months. I take several medications but none are new. I have Graves' disease, now hypothyroid, osteoarthritis, acid reflux, Barrett's esophagus, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, anxiety, and ADD (focus). I take synthroid, Rosuvastatin, Dycyclomine, pantoprazole, bupropion XL, lorazepam, Pregabalin, Adderall, montelukast, Trazadone, Albuterol inhaler, and albuterol sulfate inhalation solution. I also use oxygen at 2 milliliters during the day and 3 milliliters at night. What could be causing my dry mouth?

I have COVID-19 and am on the third day of symptoms. My sore throat is severe and makes swallowing difficult, but other symptoms are mild and diminishing. I am on antivirals and have tried gargling with salt water without relief. I am 74 years old and had my sixth COVID vaccine 2.5 weeks ago. I am also on thyroxine. What can I do for my sore throat and other symptoms?

I stabbed myself in the side of my palm with a knife about an hour ago. The cut is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long and has mostly stopped bleeding. I am unsure if I should go to the ER to get it checked or not. I am 30 years old, not currently using any medications, and had my last tetanus shot about 4 or 5 years ago. Should I seek medical attention for this wound?

I noticed a broken blood vessel in the inner corner of my left eye, which has extended to part of the iris and there is a white line on the outer part of my iris. I recently started using nasal sprays and noticed the redness after using it. What could be causing this and should I see an ophthalmologist?
