I am a 75-year-old female experiencing drooling, both during the day and at night, despite not having any tremors or shaking. I am currently taking multiple medications and have an autoimmune condition called Wegener's Granulomatosis, which has caused me to lose much of my hearing and has led to some balance problems. What could be causing the drooling and what should I do?

My 78-year-old mother had a bunionectomy surgery that involved cutting her tendon, shaving bone off the bottom of her foot, and straightening her other toes. She has been experiencing severe pain and wound necrosis since the surgery. The wound has not healed properly, and there is concern about the blood supply to her foot. She has been hospitalized multiple times post-surgery. What could be the cause of the wound necrosis, and what steps should be taken to address it?

I have a friend who got a cold sore on his lip today. There's a chance he sipped from a can of soda I later sipped from. He had an active sore on his lip which seemed to be dark maroon as if it was healing. Just wanted to make sure chances of transmission if he directly sipped from soda or touched it after touching his sore.
