I have had Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) for over 10 days with intense pain, starting around noon each day. I have been taking Omeprazole, Pepcid AC, and Nexium. I also took Motrin for hip replacement pain and am 73 years old. I have a history of periodic GERD attacks. Can you advise?

I have been experiencing palpitations all day, which have continued after going to bed, becoming strong and rapid. I was taken off nadolol a few days ago but took one just now. I was on a Holter monitor last week, and while my heart rate was briefly 37 at 4:00 a.m., the average rate was deemed acceptable. I have not noticed any dizziness or trouble breathing, and there are no new stresses other than the palpitations themselves. What could be causing these palpitations, and what can I do to manage them?

I've been experiencing hip pain in both hips for the past 4 months and occasionally take Advil. I am 60 years old and not currently on any medications.

Despite lifestyle changes, I still experience symptoms, and I'm concerned about the long-term effects of the medication, particularly liver damage. My latest blood tests show BUN at 24 mg/dL, Creatinine at 1.15 mg/dL, and eGFR below 60 ml/min/1.73 m2.
