I am experiencing lower back, hip, and femur pain after being treated for breast cancer. I have osteoporosis and am concerned about bone cancer or metastasis. X-rays are okay, and my oncologist is doing a bone scan. What is your opinion and do you recommend any other testing?

I am a 21-year-old healthy female. Recently, I have noticed that the bone at the top of my right leg, near the crease between my leg and genitals, is very sore and difficult to move. I also experience lower abdominal pain on the right side and find it impossible to have sexual intercourse due to the pain. Could this just be a pulled muscle?
