I am allergic to Panadine Forte and have a headache. I have just come out of hospital from having a new heart valve surgery. How long have you had the headache? Is this a one-off or something that comes and goes? Is the pain sharp, dull, or throbbing? Does it seem localized within one particular area of your head? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the headache or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

My 22-month-old son has had a high fever for 48 hours, ranging from 101-104F, and is not responding well to Tylenol. He is feeling chilly, shivering occasionally, and has heavy breathing due to congestion. He is very drowsy and lethargic when his fever is high, but becomes more active when it goes down. My wrist has been hurting and now the pain is in my arm and shoulder. It was a sprain from a car accident about 6 months ago, and the pain is constant. The shoulder pain started yesterday. The wrist pain is sharp and has waves of pain, while the shoulder pain is achy. I'm currently using Tylenol and pain balm, and I'm 42 years old. Is this a nerve injury, and what should I do?
