I had a negative HIV combo test on the 45th day after exposure. Two days later, I started experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, running nose, headache, muscle pains, and a rash on my legs. I am worried if these symptoms could be related to HIV. What are the chances that my test could become positive later, and should I be concerned about the rash and muscle pains?
