Had a possible exposure with a stripper, unprotected vaginal intercourse for about 3 minutes. Many symptoms such as muscle twitching, night sweats, red face, swollen lymph nodes, but no flu-like symptoms. Tested multiple times with 4th generation and RNA HIV tests over several months. Am I negative and can I move on with life?

I was in the shower and felt sick in the stomach, followed by fading vision, weakness, dizziness, and difficulty breathing. I had to hold onto the shower door and eventually turned the water to cold to regain my vision. I was shaking for about 20 minutes afterward. I'm a teen on a higher dosage of new prescription pills (Brevinor-1, gastrosoothe, noriday, ponstan, and tranexamic acid). What could this have been?
