I've been experiencing pain in my tailbone, which subsided but resurfaced after having sex. I took a painkiller (Panadol) once, but haven't seen a doctor yet. What could be causing this pain, and what should I avoid or do to alleviate it?

I was in the shower and felt sick in the stomach, followed by fading vision, weakness, dizziness, and difficulty breathing. I had to hold onto the shower door and eventually turned the water to cold to regain my vision. I was shaking for about 20 minutes afterward. I'm a teen on a higher dosage of new prescription pills (Brevinor-1, gastrosoothe, noriday, ponstan, and tranexamic acid). What could this have been?

I had blood work done on December 27, 2018, and my ferritin level was 1431. I stopped drinking alcohol immediately, and after another test 30 days later, my ferritin level dropped to 1162. I am currently taking Allopurinol for gout. What are my symptoms, and what medication have I used for this? Have I seen a doctor about gout? Is there anything else in my medical history the doctor should know?

If my WBC/Absolute Neutrophils have been elevated consistently for over a year (10+ blood tests), should I be concerned? I have various symptoms including nasal congestion, frequent headaches, dark vision spots, recurring mouth/tongue ulcers, extreme neck/shoulder/jaw pain, joint pain, back pain, extreme fatigue, dry lips/mouth, itchy skin, irregular menses, and mild tremors. I am currently on medications like Trintellix, Rexulti, Priolosec, Sumatriptan (PRN), and OTC pain meds. My medical history includes negative RA test, normal thyroid tests, and a fine ultrasound of the abdomen and cervical spine. What should I do next?
