I am being evaluated for Crohn's disease due to a perianal fistula, which my colorectal specialist believes is a transsphincteric fistula. I have a history of IBS, recurrent MRSA infections, and a recent colonoscopy that showed no signs of Crohn's but did show hemorrhoids. I am scheduled for an MRE and MRI to further evaluate the fistula and potential small bowel involvement. I am seeking a second opinion on whether these symptoms and test results could indicate Crohn's disease, and if not, what other conditions could be causing my symptoms.

I cut my finger with a grinder today. I rinsed it with lukewarm water, let it bleed, applied Triple Ointment, and wrapped it with gauze. My wife advised keeping the wound dry, so we changed the bandage, but it started bleeding through the wrap and won't stop. Should I reapply the Triple Ointment?

I’ve been experiencing upper left quadrant pain for over 5 days, which worsens at the end of the day after my last meal and with sudden movements. The pain is sharp. I’ve had blood tests that came back normal, but no ultrasound was performed. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?
