I have a consistent problem with abdominal pain that gets so intense I'm unable to move or stand up, especially on the first day of my period. I usually end up lightheaded, dizzy, and vomiting due to the pain. Sometimes bowel movements help relieve the pain, but not always completely. My stomach has been finicky with food since the last episode, getting full quickly and sparking more abdominal pain.
