I have lost 38kg by checking carbs and limiting bread and potatoes. What I need to know is: Will the calcification increase? What are the potential long-term implications of DISH on my spine? What is the potential timeframe that the calcification becomes porous and brittle, and what happens then? And why do I feel the pain so severely in my neck and middle back?

I had an MRI on my Achilles tendon after surgery two years ago. What does 'diffusely thickened with regions of intermediate signal' mean? And, 'there is mild tendinopathy of the retromalleolar peroneus longus tendon that is new'? AND, 'the brevis tendon is flattened against the retromalleolar fibular groove'? Additionally, what does 'small pseudoocystic changes within the calcaneus at its insertion' mean?

My eye is very red and swollen around the cornea, and it also hurts to touch my eyelid and close my eye. I've been dealing with this for the last 4 hours. I had salmonella 2 weeks ago. Could this be related, and what should I do?
