I am a 63-year-old male with a history of heart disease and a quadruple heart bypass in 2002. I also had a hernia. I wake up at 3:45 AM on workdays and urinate more than 20 times by 6 PM. I feel like I haven't finished urinating and need to lift my belly to release more. I don't experience pain or burning while urinating, and my urine color is normal.
