I have a history of lung cancer and am experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, balance issues, neck pain, and swollen lymph nodes. Why is my oncologist ordering a PET scan, and what could these symptoms indicate other than cancer?

I am a 63-year-old male with a history of heart disease and a quadruple heart bypass in 2002. I also had a hernia. I wake up at 3:45 AM on workdays and urinate more than 20 times by 6 PM. I feel like I haven't finished urinating and need to lift my belly to release more. I don't experience pain or burning while urinating, and my urine color is normal. What could be causing this frequent urination, and what should I do?

I woke up unable to breathe through my mouth, but could through my nose. I also have trouble swallowing fluids and feel a mild ache in my throat. The ENT at the VA hospital suggested it might be acid reflux due to caffeine. I have no tooth pain, but my neck feels swollen and achy. I have a history of Afib, a broken neck with rods, and two lower back surgeries. I also have trouble sleeping and have had recent issues with my legs. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have RA and started MTX 3 weeks ago. I've had 3 depomedrone jabs over the last 3 months, but my pain has returned, so my doctor has given me a short course (17 days) of Prednisolone tablets, starting at 20mg for 5 days and reducing by 5mg every 4 days. I am having a pneumonia vaccine on Monday, and I will have been on the pred tabs for 7 days. Could this compromise the vaccine? Can I take the Pred tablet on the same day? Is it safe to have the jab while in mid-flare?

I get large sores under my arms, waistline, and buttocks. They grow very large and are extremely sensitive to the touch. They last for days and when they do pop, the pus has a foul smell. What could be causing this and how can I manage or prevent these sores?

I've recently found blood in my stool, which is bright red and has continued for three days without pain. I have a history of using herbal laxatives (aloe and rhubarb root) to stay regular. Additionally, I ate extremely spicy food two days in a row prior. What could be causing this and what should I do?
