I am concerned about the statement in the comment section referring to 'the disruption may be the result of surgery'. When I went to get a second opinion from another urologist, he told me that may or may not be a concern, referring to a possible spill of cancer cells. What is your opinion?

I am overweight and want to lose 50lbs to reach the 200 lb range. I have borderline hypertension and a family history of heart issues. I have taken Belviq in the past with some success but now have a prescription for Contrave. I am going to Italy in 5 weeks and am concerned about taking Contrave due to potential side effects like hot flashes and increased sweating, especially in hot weather. Should I take Belviq until after my trip and then switch to Contrave, or start Contrave now and deal with any side effects? Also, can I drink alcohol while on Contrave, similar to how I could with Belviq?

I think I have PTSD due to major anger issues and nightmares, which I believe stem from a traumatic event in my childhood where my father, brother, and I were robbed at gunpoint. I never sought counseling or therapy for this and have noticed that certain triggers can lead to angry fits. I'm better now but still experience nightmares and want to understand what triggers these reactions. What steps should I take to address this?
