I think I have PTSD due to major anger issues and nightmares, which I believe stem from a traumatic event in my childhood where my father, brother, and I were robbed at gunpoint. I never sought counseling or therapy for this and have noticed that certain triggers can lead to angry fits. I'm better now but still experience nightmares and want to understand what triggers these reactions. What steps should I take to address this?
