I am eligible for Medicare and have severe drooping upper eyelids affecting my vision, as well as troublesome lower eyelids and bags. I want to know if Medicare covers both upper and lower blepharoplasty, how long the recovery typically takes until I don't look noticeably bad, and when I can fully recover to participate in a health detox program involving extended sauna sessions.

I took medication for pinworms, followed by antibiotics and another tablet, but I still see pinworms in my feces and have symptoms after 11 days. Is this normal or do I need to return to a doctor?

I've been experiencing tremors or vibrations in my calves and sometimes hamstrings, along with full body vibrations upon waking. When I try to hold my body weight up in positions like push-ups or squats, the muscles holding me up shake badly. Could this be muscle weakness or a neurological problem? I'm 26 years old, have a lot of physical problems, tension headaches regularly, occasional coordination or balance issues, anxiety, panic attacks, and mild to moderate scoliosis affecting my lower back.

I have been experiencing chronic stiffness, fatigue, dryness in mouth, eyes, and nose, bloating, gas, tightness around ribs, lower back, and neck, anxiety, panic attacks, and a heavy feeling in my body. I have Hashimoto's and positive ANA with low positive SCL70 tests for 5 years, but doctors say I don't meet the criteria for scleroderma. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I have a 1.5 cm left middle pole thyroid nodule that is centrally isoechoic and peripherally hypoechoic, and is noted as low risk of cancer. However, there are a few small bilateral lymph nodes noted on the ultrasound. I frequently need to clear my throat and have hypothyroidism. Can thyroid cancer spread to lymph nodes without extrathyroidal involvement, and what does the ultrasound description mean for cancer risk?

I'm experiencing slight pain in my lower abdominal region, more on the left side. I'm a 33-year-old female with no fever, nausea, or change in bowel movements, but I'm gradually increasing my anti-depressant medication. The pain is intermittent and worsens when I press on the area. I also feel a little breathlessness and slight pain down the back of my legs, similar to the pain when holding urine. I have a history of IBS.
