I'm experiencing slight pain in my lower abdominal region, more on the left side. I'm a 33-year-old female with no fever, nausea, or change in bowel movements, but I'm gradually increasing my anti-depressant medication. My heartbeat suddenly increases at night while I am at rest trying to sleep. I have been to the cardiologist for EKG, Holter Monitor, Stress Test, and ultrasound. They found mild to moderate tricuspid valve insufficiency but that is all. I typically get pins/needles feeling in my hands or feet when I have an episode. My heartbeat will rise rapidly from 60-80 beats per minute to 120-125 bpm, then go back down. Any thoughts? This is very, very disturbing and anxiety producing. I go to sleep scared that I will not awake.
