I am experiencing an irregular heartbeat for a day and am currently using depression medication. I am visiting from Finland and need to know how to access emergency services as a foreigner and the associated costs.

I have chest pain that is deep and continues to my back and shoulder blades. I tested positive for COVID this afternoon. The pain started on Sunday but was on and off, and it has become more consistent this evening. The pain is sharp and achy, and I am 19 years old. I also have a cough, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, and my pulse is 119. My oxygen level is 98, and I have no chronic health conditions. What should I do about this pain?

I’m a 24-year-old female taking 200mg Zoloft and using albuterol and hydroxyzine as needed. I drank around 64 oz of water today, with about 40 oz in the last hour. I’ve peed twice since then with clear urine. Is this okay? Can I go to sleep without worrying about water intoxication or needing to pee more?

I was on prednisone a few weeks ago and caught something. My throat has been on fire for 3 days on the left side, and now it's almost day 4 with intense throat pain, chest and back tightness, and swollen lymph nodes all over my head. Breathing and oxygen levels are normal, and my heart is normal. I had mono in my 20s and have a contained tooth minor infection with no symptoms on the opposite side. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?

I hurt my elbow after falling on it. I can extend and contract it with slight pain and a feeling of muscles pulling. There was no discoloration or tenderness. After resting, it feels normal for a little bit. The pain started yesterday after a fall on a water slide and occurs mainly when I extend and contract the elbow a lot. The pain is dull. I'm currently taking ibuprofen. What could be the issue, and what should I do for treatment?
