Good evening Doctor, I hope you've been well. I've been focusing on anxiety management using tools I've learned over the months. I know I do not have a serious illness such as ALS or MS, but I'm still dealing with foot discomfort and occasional finger spasms/jerking. Why does this happen, and would ALS cause this? I also wake up one or two times feeling instantly anxious, and my eye twitching has returned. I understand these are non-serious, benign issues, but I want to keep you updated. I will continue to use my anxiety management tools to combat the ruminating negative thoughts.

I have a severe sore throat that started Sunday midnight and is getting worse. The pain is sharp and constant, and even swallowing saliva causes sharp pain every minute. I had a mild fever but no other symptoms like chills or congestion. I had a similar problem last year that required antibiotics. What can I do for relief?

I started antibiotics for strep throat last Sunday, but had to switch to a different antibiotic on day 4 due to a reaction. I'm having side effects and want to know if I can stop taking the new antibiotic today, which would be 10 days of antibiotics in total. I'm also concerned about small white spots on my right tonsil that have persisted for 9 days without other symptoms. Should I continue the antibiotics until Friday as instructed, or can I safely stop them today?
