I am experiencing localized pain while urinating for around 5 days. There is no blood in the urine, no fever, or chills. I am currently using Conceva and ovaries medications and am 29 years old. I had a termination of pregnancy 5 months ago due to severe FGR. What could be causing the pain and what can I do to alleviate it?

Should I be concerned about my heart rate fluctuating between the 80s and 90s when sitting, and rising to the 100s when standing, given that I had a normal stress test with ultrasound two years ago, normal EKGs and heart enzyme tests in the past 14 months, and a calcium score of 0 five years ago?

Can a small surgery like a varicocelectomy, delay HIV seroconversion and antibodies production, causing this not to be accurate and definitive at 3 months post exposure, especially if the surgery were performed between the exposure and the 3 months mark, and was under general anesthesia?
