I am experiencing mild belly pain, extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, weakness, mild confusion, and a mild cough that comes and goes. I am a 72-year-old female taking Nexium, vitamin C, ipratropium bromide nasal spray, Claritin, Advair, Tylenol, Celebrex, and aspirin. I have had these symptoms since Friday and have no fever, diarrhea, or loss of consciousness. My smell and taste are normal, and I have not been exposed to COVID-19. I am currently in Israel and am asthmatic, but I am symptom-free due to Advair. I have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and have had three boosters. Do I need to see a doctor?

Sometimes when I touch this area, I can feel a tendon or lymph node and get a pain when I touch it, along with sometimes a shooting pain. Most of the time, I'm not even putting too much pressure, but I still get either an ache or shooting pain. Should I be concerned?

I am experiencing symptoms of Addison's disease, including excessive thirst, sudden weight loss, and low blood sodium levels despite taking sodium chloride tablets. I have been to the ER multiple times this week with normal vital signs, and my recent thyroid labs show a TSH of 5.910. I have a history of hypothyroidism and have recently stopped taking an adrenal/thyroid glandular supplement. I am concerned about an Addison's crisis and need guidance on whether the doctor can help and/or prescribe medication if needed.
