I am experiencing sharp, intermittent stomach pain that comes and goes, primarily on the lower left side. I have a history of constipation and am not currently taking any medications. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I recently returned from Cuba where I received morphine for a stomach issue. My stomach is still hurting badly, I've been bleeding from my butt for a month, and my stool is black. The stomach pain is mostly consistent, sharp on the left side and my whole lower abdomen, and I experience nausea, dizziness, bloating, and changes in stool consistency. I also had to use an inhaler for asthma and bronchitis. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My boyfriend has had COVID for a week now, he’s been coughing up phlegm, and said there was a little blood in it. Should we be worried? He has a constant cough throughout the day, a little chest tightness, and had a fever that broke but might be returning. He’s 39 and using Mucinex, liquid form, vitamin C, and drinking lots of water.
