I have prolonged neutropenia and am on G-CSF injections to help bring the neutrophils back up, which works. However, I still feel unwell, am slightly anemic (hemoglobin 11), and my platelets have dropped from over 300 to 210. My neutrophils typically range around 0.3, and my white blood cell count is between 1 and 2. My bone marrow biopsy diagnosed neutropenia caused by autoimmune problems, but no antibodies were present. I have symptoms of fatigue and flu-like symptoms. Could this be the early stages of bone marrow cancer?

When laying down in bed on my back or side, my arm gets numb and tingly. It is usually my left arm and I never lay on my left side. I also have some back pain and tenderness on my side. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 81-year-old mother is experiencing erratic blood pressure (BP) ranging from 190/100 while lying or sitting to 50/20 when standing. She is symptomatic and currently in the hospital. She has hypertension and is on Micardis 80MG once daily and CARDIZEM 360mg once daily. All x-rays have been negative, and a kidney ultrasound is planned. What additional information or suggestions do you have?
