I am experiencing symptoms of vertigo, primarily when driving, including brief dizziness that comes and goes. My MRI, ENT specialist visit, and blood tests did not reveal any issues. Is it possible that an old injury from my childhood involving soft tissues between the brain and skull could be causing this? I also experience occasional headaches.

I am a 35-year-old female with generally good health, but recently, I have been experiencing random muscle pains, mostly in my lower back, abdomen, and left side by my hip. I went to bed feeling fatigued and sore, and woke up with a high fever and chills. The pain worsens when I cough or sneeze. I am still in bed with a fever and chills, having to change my clothes throughout the night due to sweating. I am anemic and have a heart murmur, but neither has caused me any serious illness. What could be causing this and what tests should I undergo?
