I am experiencing unusual neurological symptoms related to my GI tract, such as waves of neurological impulses lasting 5-8 seconds, disorientation, strange sensory sensations, and hearing loss, which are triggered by GI issues like gas, food intake, fluid consumption, physical movement, caffeine, and bowel movements. These symptoms started after traveling to Southeast Asia, but tests by two gastroenterologists have found no abnormalities. What could be causing these symptoms and where else should I seek help?
