I was in the ER for nausea and headache, and my blood test showed high neutrophils (33, 0-10). They suspected a blood infection and ordered more tests. I'm worried about possible causes like leukemia or cancer. My symptoms have improved, but I'm still concerned. What are the possible causes of high neutrophils, and should I be worried about cancer?

I feel like having strings in my throat or attached to the back of my tongue. I have had these symptoms for a few years and have experienced some upper and lower abdominal gas pain and around the navel. I have also had an upper endoscopy the year before last. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have constant excess gas in my stomach and burp constantly, often unable to burp and gas gets trapped. I have also had some abdominal/stomach pain/discomfort and thrush in my throat. Gastroscopy was fine. What are the most likely causes and what can be done to alleviate this issue?

I have an adrenal mass on my left adrenal gland, and despite having various tests and being on multiple medications, I still experience symptoms such as fluid retention, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, pain under my rib cage, weight gain, and constant fatigue. My quality of life has significantly declined over the past two years. What additional tests or steps can be taken to determine the cause of these symptoms and improve my condition?
