Hello doctor, I have some gas trouble issue. It started yesterday after carrying heavy weight. Now, if I try to cough, I get pain near the liver, and if I sleep flat, I get pain in my right shoulder. I noticed a couple of times when I am starting to fall asleep, I stop breathing and my lower legs twitch a little. It seems to happen on days when I am anxious, but I am worried that something more serious is going on like MS. Also, I am getting numb, tingly patches on both sides of my body that come and go.
