I noticed a couple of times when I am starting to fall asleep, I stop breathing and my lower legs twitch a little. It seems to happen on days when I am anxious, but I am worried that something more serious is going on like MS. Also, I am getting numb, tingly patches on both sides of my body that come and go. Can these signs indicate MS, and what other possibilities could be causing these symptoms?

Would I have to worry about heart issues if I had a stress test with ultrasound in January 2020 that was all good and normal, and have had about 45 EKGs and heart enzymes tests done in the past 10 months, all of which were normal?

I had a bad blast of old dust last week and have been experiencing a runny nose before bed. I'm on 5mg of Lexapro and recently started using beclomethasone nasal spray. I've also noticed fatigue after reducing my Lexapro dose, and occasional stomach pain with vomiting. Additionally, I've felt tight chested and short of breath, and noticed mild sensitivity in my left testicle. Are these symptoms related to my medications, anxiety, or something else?

What could be causing symptoms such as weakness, feeling of passing out, extreme exhaustion, excessive sleeping, lightheadedness, muscle aches, unexplained weight loss, feeling off balance, and a bubbly/gurgling sensation on the left side of the stomach, especially if a recent test for mono was positive?

I've had constant migraines, headaches, extreme fatigue, and nausea for the past 3+ weeks. The symptoms have become increasingly worse and include sharp to throbbing pain on both sides and the front of my head, extreme nausea requiring sleep to alleviate, dizziness upon changing positions, fainting episodes, and sensitivity to light and sound. I've tried ibuprofen, Aleve, and Advil without relief. I am a 20-year-old female with a past history of eating disorders and no current medical conditions. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I've tested positive for COVID-19 and am experiencing mild symptoms including congestion, body aches, chills, and a slight fever. I'm 24 years old, not vaccinated, have asthma but rarely use an inhaler, and have a history of breathing issues due to acid reflux. I'm concerned about the progression of my symptoms and potential complications like ARDS. How should I interpret my symptoms, and what steps should I take to manage my condition?
