I've had constant migraines, headaches, extreme fatigue, and nausea for the past 3+ weeks. The symptoms have become increasingly worse and include sharp to throbbing pain on both sides and the front of my head, extreme nausea requiring sleep to alleviate, dizziness upon changing positions, fainting episodes, and sensitivity to light and sound. I've tried ibuprofen, Aleve, and Advil without relief. I am a 20-year-old female with a past history of eating disorders and no current medical conditions. I had a pelvic MRI done for sacral and coccyx pain. The original report said the MRI was unremarkable, but a second opinion noted subarticular diffuse low bone marrow signal at the sacroiliac joints, consistent with sclerotic changes and sacroiliitis condensans. I was wondering what the white spots highlighted in the MRI are.
