I had a urine test that showed 15-20 squamous epithelial cells. Is this normal, and what could be causing my ongoing symptoms of vomiting, fatigue, weight loss, and dizziness?

My doctor had me do a urine analysis last week for albumin and protein. Protein is less than 4.0 but the albumin says 100. No range is given so I don’t know if this is normal or not. All the globulin levels were 0. Can you explain what the urine albumin level is? I am a 57-year-old female with secondary adrenal insufficiency, srojens, and CHF, taking medications including hydrocortisone and lasix.
