I am having severe stomach ache. It has been about 2 hours and is stable but not going away. I am on vacation, eating irregularly, and drinking regular wine. I am 49 years old, generally fit, and not overweight. I recently ran 5 miles in hot weather and started feeling this pain, which is unusual for me. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My throat hurts when I swallow, especially when I lay down. It feels like a dull pain around my Adam's apple. I can breathe and eat okay, but the pain is worse when I lay down and sometimes goes away. I have GERD and am currently on blood pressure and ADHD medication. I've been more anxious lately and haven't been sleeping well due to sleep apnea. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I was diagnosed with PLCIS, DCIS, and IDC. Should I have a mastectomy? My surgeon said it was entirely up to me, but I'm concerned about my strong family history of breast cancer and the potential for the DCIS to increase and spread. Additionally, I had a lumpectomy, but the post-surgery report did not mention the PLCIS or LCIS being removed or having clear margins. What is the protocol for someone diagnosed with PLCIS, LCIS, DCIS, and IDC at the same time?
