I am not sure if I should go to the ER or not. I believe I have food poisoning. It started on Wednesday about 2 hours after I ate fast food breakfast. I am having excessive diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pains, my fever has been around the 100-101 range consistently. I have not been able to eat anything. I can barely keep any water or Gatorade down. I feel shaky and like I'm going to pass out. I have seen no improvement of my symptoms.

I've been experiencing breathing issues and chest tightness for about a month. I initially thought it was due to posture, but it persists regardless of my position. The breathing issues worsen with exertion, such as during landscape work, leading to fatigue and the need to take breaks. Is this severe enough to warrant a visit to urgent care?

I have a really irritating, scratchy throat that causes me to cough, mostly when I'm talking. The cough is dry, and I sometimes experience chest pain or headaches from coughing too hard. I'm using over-the-counter medications like NyQuil, Halls, and vapor rub. I'm 34 years old and have no other symptoms like a stuffy nose, headache, or shortness of breath. I had COVID-19 in 2021 but tested negative recently. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?
