My 24-year-old daughter passed a piece of bloody tissue rectally. It was about 2"L x 1.5"W, with dark blood spots and brighter red streaks, and had a puckery bubble-like appearance. She had two loose bowel movements today but nothing bloody before this. She has no history of chronic gastro issues and no other symptoms like pain or nausea. What could this be?
