I am on medication for seizures, migraines, and various neurological symptoms that have not been officially diagnosed despite seeing multiple specialists. My license was pulled due to seizures, and I cannot work. I am also recovering from thyroid surgery and dealing with anxiety and depression from menopause. I have a well-developed upper body but my thighs and buttocks are very thin despite regular exercise. I suspect it might be due to low blood flow or lack of walking in the past. I've been experiencing tightening sensations in my throat around the voice box, a feeling of tightness and anxiety, dry mouth, and blocked ears, which seem to improve at night but worsen during the day. I also have very dark circles under my eyes, which I thought might be due to iron deficiency. I'm a healthy 26-year-old woman with no history of throat cancer or similar issues. Could this be a virus, or something more serious like thyroid problems?

My left (dominant) wrist is very painful when rotated at all and the thumb is weak. There are 2 small lumps below the thumb. Could this be carpal tunnel syndrome? What can I do about the pain while waiting for a doctor's appointment?
