I am pregnant and in my second trimester. I have Hashimoto's Disease and hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed in July 2019 and currently take 100mcg of levothyroxine. My recent thyroid blood results show TSH: 2.6 and Free T4: 1.14. I need help interpreting these results while I wait for my doctor's response.

I've been experiencing dizziness and nausea when I lower my head below my heart, such as during yoga or bending over. These symptoms started about two weeks ago and are stable but disconcerting. I'm 51 years old, not on any medications, and have Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) affecting my brain, but my recent well-women appointment showed normal results. Could this be related to my long-term use of ear plugs and an ear mic for work?

I had the COVID-19 vaccine on March 10th and experienced severe reactions, leading to a switch to Johnson & Johnson. Since then, I've had persistent shoulder pain and limited mobility, especially after lifting a heavy object. I have fibromyalgia and significant swelling. How can I reduce the pain and speed up the healing process, especially as I have a mammogram scheduled for Monday?

I sent my clothes to a wash and fold laundry service and received them a couple of days ago. I wore a shirt from the laundry for a photo shoot and later, my fiancĆ© kissed my arm where the shirt was. Should we be concerned about the virus at all? Is the laundry most likely safe to wear? Additionally, I touched the plastic wrap that the laundry was returned in and donāt remember if I washed my hands after touching. Should I be worried about the plastic bag after it sat for a couple of days?

Hello, I'm very concerned, since a few days ago, my shaft skin feels irritated, developing bruises like wounds, and I can see that the skin has small cracks in a couple of places. I don't know why. I had a circumcision 6 months ago, I shower every day and use Cicaplast in the area. Also, I have received two corticoid shots because the scar was thickening. I haven't had sexual activity in months. I tested positive for herpes type one a couple of years ago but never had a breakout neither in my mouth nor my genital area. Besides, this does not look like herpes. Should I see a specialist?
